  • For transfer transactions specifically, always verify the details on the confirmation screen (bank name, account number, recipient’s name, and amount) before completing the transaction to avoid errors.

Information About the ATMi ATM Machine

I tried to withdraw cash, but the money didn’t come out and the amount has already been deducted from my balance. What should I do?

If you experience a failed transaction—such as when cash does not dispense but the balance is deducted:

  • Note the time, ATM ID (printed on the sticker on the ATM machine), and the ATM location
  • Keep the transaction receipt (if available)
  • Immediately contact your card-issuing bank or our customer service at 021-39524373 or via WhatsApp chat only at 0811-1657-729 (messages only). We will assist with the investigation process in coordination with the relevant bank.
My ATM card got stuck in the machine. What should I do next?

If your card is swallowed by an ATM:

  • Immediately contact the call center of your card-issuing bank to have the card blocked. 
  • Or contact our customer service to report the incident.

For security reasons, a swallowed card cannot be retrieved directly from the ATM, and you will be required to apply for a new card at the issuing bank.

The amount of money I withdrew does not match the amount I requested. What should I do?

If you receive an amount different from what you withdrew (less or more):
